The available screening collections include both chemically diverse and more focused sets such as chemogenomics libraries (bioactive small molecules with known Mechanisn of Action and approved drugs). The compounds have lead- to drug-like properties with respect to parameters such as molecular weight, hydrogen bond acceptors and donors, lipophilicity and polar surface area.
