Assay Development and Medicinal Chemistry support
CBCS Lund offers consulting in drug discovery and medicinal chemistry, assay development, HTS imaging, small molecule screening (phenotypic and target-based), hit confirmation and analysis, and development guidance. We also offer the novel cell transfection method using an in-house developed NanoStraw technique for gene editing of sensitive cells.
CBCS Lund instrument park includes an Agilent screening system + Bravo pipetting robot, a Multidrop dispenser, and a HTS-imaging and plate reader Tecan Spark Cyto 400 with incubator function. CBCS Lund also has access to comprehensive small molecule libraries of approved drugs, annotated tool compounds, and commercial non-biased compounds including over 8000 compounds in total.
